There are certain aspects to selling something to specific demographics. It’s about connecting with your audience, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward a solution that enhances their experience. In this episode of Sports Marketing Spotlight, the goal is to engage a prospective season ticket holder by utilizing every stage of the sales process: the introduction, discovery, presentation, handling objections, and ultimately closing the sale. To conduct this sales pitch, I stepped into the role of a WWE ticket representative to practice the principles of selling through a mock call.
